Harper Engineering, Inc. has been able to bring these jobs to completion within budget and on time using aggressive scheduling. The work performed for Owens Corning has been focused in the production of batt and blowing wool. We have teamed up with a corporate investor for the multi-million dollar projects. Increasing our project load in the Salt Lake Valley has been our focus over the past several years.
